Inequalities of Kolmogorov type for norms of hypersingular integrals with homogeneous characteristic of constant sign

Abstract

We obtained new sharp Kolmogorov-type inequalities for norms of hypersingular integrals with homogeneous characteristic of constant sign $$${\| D^{\alpha}_{\Omega} \|}_{\infty}$$$. We provided some applications of the obtained inequalities.
